Annual Dinner 2010 ... Penn State South Jersey Shore Chapter

Molly Lavin, left, received the  2010 Jon Beattie Scholarship during the annual dinner of the Penn State South Jersey Shore Alumni Chapter, held in May in Somers Point. Molly will  graduate from Ocean City High School in May. The Chapter scholarship was presented by Al Beattie, in memory of his son Jon, who was a Senior at Penn State when he passed away.

Alexander Vickers left, is the 2010 Ray Willett Scholarship winner. Alexander is graduating in June from Saint Augustine Prep., Richland, NJ. Bruce Engle, Scholarship Committee Chairperson, made the presentation during the annual dinner of the Penn State South Jersey Shore Alumni Chapter.

 

Thomas Palchak, center, manager of the famous Penn State Creamery, was the keynote speaker at the annual Scholarship Dinner of the Penn State South Jersey Shore Alumni Chapter, held in May at the Crab Trap Restaurant in Somers Point. Joe Brady, right, is Chapter President and Katy Brady is the Secretary.
